Ideal Candidate:
- People and customer service oriented
- Ability to work as both an individual and within a team
- Ability to write inspection reports using clear and concise grammar and trade specific language
- The desire to grow and learn in your job
- Ability to climb ladders without the fear of heights
- Ability to lift 80 lbs. minimum
- Ability to work over-time if necessary
- Ability to pass industry certification exam within 6 months of hire
- Valid driver’s license. Also need to have no history of DUI’s, non-reconciled traffic violations, etc.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred
- Carpentry and mechanical skills are desirable
